這是Noah and the whale在2009年發行“First days of spring”同時拍攝的小電影，也就是在主唱跟前團員Laura Marling分手之後，所做的一個很大的轉捩點，總之他也為此昏迷了很久，所以這張專輯跟第一張傻里傻氣的“5 Years Time”完全不一樣（MV裡有可愛的Laura Marling, 前幾天我也還放過Laura 跟她其中一名舊愛Johnny Flynn合唱“The Water ”的影片），當然這張專輯也跟最新那張“Last Night On Earth”嬉皮民謠完全不一樣，一定是走出來了，一定是走出來了，一定是走出來了。反正"First day of Spring"聽到一半會其中一度認為他熬過來了，在剛好第六首“Love of an Orchestra”澎湃的聲樂前奏起先為了他的覺醒而歡呼，在最後一首Blue Skies裡頭，歌詞又再次讓人摔落谷底。總之你也曉得在這個情緒裡頭你會一直以為你呼吸到新鮮空氣了，被人家打醒後才發現只是你突然能呼吸了，根本不是「特別」新鮮的那種。影片的背景音樂就是把CD放進去之後，不間斷的連續播放，所以這張專輯有點像是為了這個小電影所特製的原聲帶。
